About Us

About Us

New GateWay Solutions Corporation was founded in January of 2014 with the goal to make an impact on the lives of those whose employment situations have severely affected their lives and could ultimately lead to homelessness.

New GateWay’s mission is to provide a homeless prevention and alleviation program to San Diego County by assisting the unemployed who may be at risk of homelessness through employment acquisition, business startup assistance, connection to housing, as well as training in budgeting, technology and work readiness.

Our organization's motto is “Alleviating poverty and homelessness, one job at a time!”

Our Values

“New Gate” constructed in the 18th Century to give Christians access to the Christian Quarter of Jerusalem. “Way” was added on to “Gate” to represent Jesus in the midst of our organization and His heart in all we do. “Solutions” signify the service we provide in support of our cause of “Alleviating Poverty and Homelessness…One Job at a Time”.

When someone becomes homeless, many resources are used in trying to solve the problem. We believe that the problem should be addressed and resources applied when that person loses their job and housing. We at New GateWay Solutions are committed to providing the resume, job search or business startup assistance necessary to help them back on their feet before they become a statistic. We walk with those we serve for as long as it takes for them to regain sustainable employment or a healthy and stable business.

As a Christ-centered 501(c)(3) organization, New GateWay Solutions' mission is to work among churches to provide a homeless prevention program to the San Diego County community by assisting the unemployed who may be at risk of homelessness through employment acquisition services, business startup assistance, connection to housing as well as training in budgeting, technology and work readiness.”

New Gateway's vision is to build a strong partnership network of businesses, training institutions, human resource and business development experts, churches, nonprofit organizations and ministries, both nationally and internationally, unified in the pursuit of our mission in San Diego (in the short term), nationally (in the medium term) and internationally (in the long term).
